Cognac Rouge, HOOHAA x Ilias
Following the sell-out success of our first HOOHAA Edition fragrance, Cosmic Incense, last December, we knew we needed to deliver the goods this year too.
We are so excited to announce our second HOOHAA Edition fragrance, Cognac Rouge, created in collaboration with Ilias Kakis, of ILYA Parfums.
Meet Ilias
As a perfumer and award-winning Biologist, with his research published worldwide, Ilias Kakis has been trained by some of the biggest names in the art of niche perfumery. The strong desire for expressing his creativity through perfume-making drove Ilias to create strikingly original and modern compositions that set the trends, rather than follow them.
The fragrance
"Capturing the essence of “Eau de Vie”, Cognac Rouge celebrates the heritage of a French spirit so luxurious and timeless" says Ilias.
"This scent firstly unfolds with a fresh and spicy symphony of Madagascan Ginger, Petitgrain from Paraguay and subtle notes of Honey. Luminous and elegant Jasmine is embraced by the warmth of Spicy notes that rest atop a scrumptious nest of Vanilla, Musks and Incense Wood. Fine swirls of natural Cognac deepen this creation, offering a sublime aromatic richness and an ethereal touch.
